Shipping Policy
When your parcel leaves us, who carries it, and what to do if it is late.

01Where we ship
Anywhere in India our courier partners deliver to. Enter your PIN code at checkout — if it cannot be served you are told before you pay. For an international order, message us on WhatsApp first and we will quote it by weight.
02Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are usually packed and handed over the same day; after that, the next working day. Sundays and public holidays are not dispatch days. A gift set that needs wrapping can take one extra day, and we tell you if yours will.
03Delivery time
Delhi NCR is usually 1–2 working days. Metros and larger cities 2–4. Everywhere else 4–7. Those are the couriers' own timelines and we will not promise a date we do not control — what we do promise is a tracking number the moment your parcel is picked up.
04Charges
Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. Below that a flat ₹59 is charged. Cash on delivery is available.
05Tracking
You get a WhatsApp message and an email with the courier's name and the tracking number as soon as the order is marked shipped. The same details sit on your order page under My Account.
06If nobody is home
Couriers normally try twice. After that the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to send it again — a second attempt caused by a wrong or incomplete address is charged at the same delivery rate.
07Damaged or opened in transit
Please do not accept a parcel that is torn, leaking or already open. If you have accepted it, photograph it exactly as it arrived and send the pictures to bellorisperfume@gmail.com or on WhatsApp the same day. With photographs we replace it; without them a courier claim is not possible.
08Something is late
If tracking has not moved for two working days, message us on WhatsApp at +91 84470 08440 with your order number. We chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you to them.
