01Who is responsible for your data

02What we collect
Only what an order needs: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address. If you create an account we keep those so you do not retype them. If you write to our assistant or on WhatsApp we keep that conversation, so whoever answers can see what was already said.
03What we never see
Your card or UPI details. Payments run through Razorpay's own hosted checkout — the numbers you type go to them, not to us. We are told whether the payment succeeded and its reference, and nothing else.
04Why we hold it
To pack and deliver your order, to send you the order and dispatch updates, to answer your questions, and to keep the tax records a GST-registered seller is required by law to keep.
05Marketing, and how to stop it
We only email offers to people who asked for them. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link at the foot and it works immediately — one click and that address is suppressed from future sends too. Order and delivery emails keep coming, because you need those.
06Who else sees it
Only the parties who make an order happen: the payment gateway, the courier carrying your parcel, and the email and WhatsApp services that send your updates. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anybody else's advertising.
07How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. Everything else — account details, saved addresses, chat history — is deleted when you ask.
08Your rights
Write to bellorisperfume@gmail.com and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion of your account and its data. We reply within a few working days and we do not ask you for a reason.
10Children
This shop is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly hold data about children, and we delete it if we learn we have.
